PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable object for wearing excellent in fitting property and capable of efficiently preventing lateral leakage of a body fluid.SOLUTION: A fluid absorption structure 35 comprises: a first absorption part 41 which is fixed to a non-transmissive coating sheet 36 for covering a bottom face of a fluid absorption core 34 via jointing areas 70, 71 and which is positioned on at least a crotch area 15; and a pair of second absorption parts 42 which extend in a vertical direction Y and are separated and face in a lateral direction X, are fixed to skin facing surfaces on both side parts of the first absorption part 41 in an inward tilted state. The second absorption parts 42 comprise: a surface coming into contact with a body in a wearing state; a base side edge part 50 connected to both side parts; and a free side edge part 51 extending in the vertical direction Y in parallel to the base side edge part 50. The jointing areas 70, 71 are configured so that a dimension W6 in the lateral direction X on the crotch area 15 is larger than a dimension W3 in the lateral direction X of at least a front waist area 13 among front and rear waist areas 13, 14. |
