PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage monitoring device capable of suppressing a deviation in charging voltage among a plurality of capacitors.SOLUTION: A voltage monitoring device comprises: a series connection body of a plurality of capacitors C1, C2; switches SW1, etc. connecting a pair of independent terminals of the capacitors C1, C2 to electrode terminals at intervals of the number of connection terminals between the capacitors C1, C2; switches SW2, etc., out of electrode terminals T1 to T10 on both sides of unit cells V1 to V9, connecting the connection terminals to electrode terminals other than the electrode terminals to which the switches SW1, etc. are connected; voltage detection circuits 24A, 24B provided to correspond to the respective capacitors C1, C2; a second voltage detection circuit 24C provided on both ends of the series connection body of the capacitors C1, C2; and a microcomputer 25 selectively executing first processing for individually charging the capacitors C1, C2 and second processing for collectively charging the capacitors C1, C2, the microcomputer 25 setting charging voltages for charging the capacitors C1, C2 identical in polarity before executing the second processing if the charging voltages for charging the adjacent capacitors C1, C2 are opposite in polarity at a time of executing the second processing. |
