PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply decide an appropriate measure against heat accumulation inside a server rack.SOLUTION: A device for managing temperature inside a server rack 100 comprises: a temperature distribution acquisition section 30 which acquires temperature distribution data on a front surface of a server rack 70; an extraction section 32 which extracts temperature distribution data in a width direction of the server rack 70 on the basis of the temperature distribution data acquired by the temperature distribution acquisition section 30; a determination section 34 which determines an equipment constitution pattern on the basis of the temperature distribution data in the width direction extracted by the extraction section 32; and a decision section 36 which decides a measure against heat accumulation inside the server rack 70 on the basis of the equipment constitution pattern determined by the determination section 34.
