PURPOSE:To obtain the stable oscillation of a crystal resonator by cutting off a DC component while connecting a capacitor to an output of a feedback oscillator and connecting a resistor in parallel with a load capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A coupling capacitor C3 is connected between a load capacitor C2 and a crystal resonator X at a terminal l-2 of an IC as the feedback oscillator and a resistor R4 is connected in parallel with the load capacitor C2. Then the effect of the oscillation circuit on a DC bias is eliminated by connecting the capacitor C3. In connecting the resistor R4 in parallel with the capacitor C3, the frequency deviation due to resistance connection is decreased. Then the stable oscillation of the crystal resonator is attained.
