PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable improvement in disc brake manufacturing efficiency.SOLUTION: A pad spring 25 is configured so that a cover portion 61 and extension portions 62, 63 are formed integrally, the cover portion 61 being disposed to cover an opening of a pad assembly space 17 of a caliper body 5 outward in a rotor radial direction while passing through a clearance between a coupling portion 16 striding over the pad assembly space 17 and a pair of brake pads 31 and pressing the paired brake pads 31 inward in the rotor radial direction, the extension portions 62 and 63 extending inward in the rotor radial direction from both ends of the cover portion 61 in a rotor rotation direction, respectively and disposed between the pad assembly space 17 and the brake pads 31, the extension portion 63 near a rotor inlet in the rotor rotation direction urging the paired brake pads 31 in a rotor outlet direction, and a stroke adjustment portion 77 being formed on the cover portion 61 for enabling pad abutment regions 79 and 99 of the cover portion 61 to move. |
