PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation method in which expense required in cultivation is reduced, and cultivation is easily managed.SOLUTION: There is provided a cultivation method in which buds or roots are allowed to grow from a seed (scale 1) of vegetable, fruit or the like in which the seed (scale 1) is supported in the state where a space 8 wide enough for roots extended downward from the seed (scale 1) not to be in contact with anywhere is formed below the seed (scale 1), misty moisture is fed into the space 8 below the seed (scale 1), and buds or roots are allowed to grow from the seed (scale 1). Further, feeding of the moisture is started after the seed (scale 1) is refrigerated at prescribed temperature for a prescribed period.
