Provided is a composition which can bring about improvements in mechanical strengths including impact resistance and bending strength and which is inhibited from suffering strand fluffing when extrusion-molded and can thereby improve mass productivity. The composition according to the present invention is characterized by comprising 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin (C), 0.05-30 parts by mass of a conjugated-diene-based polymer (A), and 3-150 parts by mass of fibers (B), the conjugated-diene-based polymer (A) having functional groups of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of alkoxysilyl groups and an amino group.
