Disclosed is a heat pump device for a vehicle, including: a condenser, an evaporator, a compressor, and an intake. The condenser is formed in the front part of the vehicle. A duct wherein air flows to an HAVC system is joined to the rear part of the condenser. An inner door to be opened and closed is formed inside the duct. The evaporator formed in an internal cooling flow passage of the HAVC system cools air by using a coolant cooled by the condenser. The compressor compresses the hot coolant passing through the evaporator. The intake is formed to receive or block an external air intake to the HAVC system.
