PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus management system, apparatus management device, and apparatus management method with which convenience can be improved.SOLUTION: An apparatus management system includes a cloud server 30 that collects details of the settings of a plurality of image forming apparatuses, and an apparatus management device 20 that notifies a user of the details of the settings collected by the cloud server 30. The apparatus management device 20 notifies the user, in the presence of a large number of image forming apparatuses having the same details of settings, of a certain number of the details of the settings from the top (S136 and S137).
