PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in a fuel cell system by controlling a ventilation fan by using a relatively low drive amount.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system comprises: a frame 10a for accommodating a fuel cell 34; a ventilation fan 42 for performing ventilation of the inside of the frame 10a; a flow existence detection switch 60 for outputting, in the case that the ventilation of the inside of the frame 10a is performed, an ON signal when a flow of fluid flowing accompanying the ventilation exists and an OFF signal when the flow of fluid does not exist; and a controller 15 for controlling at least the ventilation fan 42. The controller 15 comprises: a storage unit (step S120) for storing, as a changeover duty ratio Dk, a duty ratio D of the ventilation fan 42 corresponding to a drive amount for the ventilation fan 42 when output of the flow existence detection switch 60 is changed over by controlling the drive amount for the ventilation fan 42; and a setting unit (step S124) for setting a minimum duty ratio Dmin of the ventilation fan 42 on the basis of the changeover duty ratio Dk. |
