The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an organic semiconductor film formation composition having excellent mobility and thermal stability of an obtained organic semiconductor film; and an organic semiconductor element having excellent mobility and thermal stability of an organic semiconductor film and a production method therefor. This organic semiconductor film formation composition has a condensed polycyclic aromatic group and at least four rings in the condensed polycyclic aromatic group. At least two of the rings in the condensed polycyclic aromatic group include at least one atom selected from the group consisting of sulfur atoms, nitrogen atoms, selenium atoms, and oxygen atoms. The organic semiconductor film formation composition is characterized by including: an organic semiconductor including, as a partial structure in the condensed polycyclic aromatic group, at least one structure selected from the group consisting of a benzene ring, a naphthalene ring, and a phenanthrene ring; and a polymer having a glass transition temperature of -100 - -30°C and an elastic recovery of no more than 30%. |
