The invention relates to a bar and weights 1 comprising an elongate bar 2 having opposing ends 3A,3B, and a plurality of weights 10 each adapted to connect to one of the bar ends, each of the weights being generally "bone" shaped with a waisted central section 11 adapted to be held by a hand. In use weights can be placed on the ends of the bar and the bar and weights can be used for exercise, or any one of the weights can be used on its own as a dumbbell. |
