FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and may be used for wound suturing when inserting an endoscope into the digestive tract. The suturing device comprises a front portion, a back portion, a unit for moving the front portion and back portion closer to each other and further from each other, and a unit for relative rocking of the front portion and back portion. The back portion comprises a needle-like element provided on the surface from the front portion so that its axial direction is parallel with the direction, in which the front portion and back portion can move closer to each other and further from each other. The front portion is able to enclose a tip of the needle-like element, when the front portion and back portion are moved closer to each other. Each of the enclosing cavities integrates an engagement element, which can engage with the needle-like element. The engagement elements enclosed into the respective enclosing cavities are connected by a retention suture. The suturing device may be attached to a flexible endoscope, and the surgical procedure may be only performed by the endoscope.EFFECT: higher effectiveness.45 cl, 32 dwg |
