<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor and a motor capable of securing high output by generating strong magnetic flux in a claw-shaped magnetic pole, with the small number of components. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 3 of a motor comprises a pair of a first rotor 4 and a second rotor 5, and a soft magnetic material 6 arranged between the rotors. The rotors 4 and 5 are made of magnets, and are assembled so that respective claw-shaped magnetic poles 9 and 12 are alternately arranged in a rotor circumferential direction. The first rotor 4 is magnetized so that the north poles are positioned on the outer peripheries of the respective claw-shaped magnetic poles 9. The second rotor 5 is magnetized so that the south poles are positioned on the outer peripheries of the respective claw-shaped magnetic poles 12. The soft magnetic material 6 is formed of iron or the like, and is firmly assembled to a shaft 7 by press fit fixation or the like. The rotors 4 and 5 are adsorbed onto the soft magnetic material 6 by their own magnetic force, and are positioned in the rotor circumferential direction with respect to the shaft 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
