FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing under the present invention relates to, in particular, to the process of definite shape assurance to the insulation material on the internal pipe, including stage of the internal pipe closing by the closed sleeve with opened ends, and further insertion of the internal pipe closed with sleeve in the mould. Then the insulation material is injected in liquid state under pressure in the mould between the internal pipe and sleeve. The insulation material in liquid state after injection under pressure will increase in volume, and finally will solidifies. During these processes the sleeve is pressed to internal wall of the mould.EFFECT: increased adhesion properties between insulation material and lining.5 cl, 5 dwg |
