<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold a tip of a tip exchange type cutting-tool regardless of the outer diameter of a cutting-tool cutter body to allow the tip to be attached to or detached from the cutting-tool cutter body, and to supply a coolant even to cutting edges at the tip of the tip exchange type cutting-tool from a coolant hole formed along the axis of the cutting-tool cutter body. <P>SOLUTION: Chip discharge grooves 2 are formed on the outer circumference of the cutting-tool cutter body 1 of columnar outer shape that is rotated around the axis O, and the cutting edges 4A are arranged on the outer circumferential side of wall surfaces directed in the tool rotation direction T, of the chip discharge grooves 2. Tip discharge grooves 12 that communicate with the chip discharge grooves 2 are formed on the tip of the cutting-tool cutter body 1, and the tip 11 of the tip exchange type tool tip, with the tip cutting edges 4A arranged on the outer circumferential side of the wall surfaces that are directed in the tool rotational direction T, of the tip discharge grooves 12 is detachably mounted to the cutting-tool cutter body 1, by screwing, into the cutting-tool cutter body 1, a plurality of clamp screws 19 that are inserted toward the rear end side into the tip 11 of the tip exchange type cutting-tool at intervals, in the circumferential direction separated from the axis O on the radially outer circumferential side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
