<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pitavastatin calcium pharmaceutical composition remarkably controlling the reduction in the content of the pitavastatin calcium due to long period storage, while it is known that a pitavastatin pharmaceutical preparation causes an interaction with an additive to increase impurities, and while it is worried that the content of the pitavastatin in the preparation is lowered by the appearance of the analogous substances and the retardation of elution not to give a stable therapeutic effect, thereby solving such a problem that the stabilization of an active ingredient is required over a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The pitavastatin calcium pharmaceutical composition includes pitavastatin calcium and a sugar alcohol, and not includes lactose. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
