Thermoformable complex (1) in sheet (F) form comprises an internal layer (CI) made of expanded polyethylene terephthalate, and a first surface layer (CS1) that is made of glycosylated polyethylene terephthalate and is adjacent to the internal layer. An independent claim is included for a food tray produced by thermoforming from the complex in sheet form.
