The present invention relates to a home cogeneration system. More specifically, this invention relates to the home cogeneration system, capable of replacing a component without the loss of working fluid. The purposes of the present invention are as follows. Components of the home cogeneration system can be replaced in a short time without the loss of working fluid, and the home cogeneration system does not require any separate containers for storing working fluid. In order to achieve these purposes, the home cogeneration system according to the present invention, comprises: a circulating pipe, in which working fluid flows; a circulating pump, which is installed on the circulating pipe to circulate the working fluid; a boiler, which heats the working fluid flowing in the circulating pipe to convert into high temperature and high pressure gas; an expander, which is lubricated by oil and converts the expansion force of the working fluid in a state of high temperature and high pressure gas into a rotational force; a generator, which generates electric energy by utilizing the expander as a prime mover; and a hot water tank, which heats stored hot water by heat exchange with the working fluid in a state of high temperature and high pressure gas, which is discharged from the expander, and converts the working fluid in a state of high temperature and high pressure gas into that in a state of low temperature and low pressure liquid, wherein blocking valves are respectively installed on the upper side and the lower side of at least one component of the boiler, the expander, an oil separator, the hot water tank, and the circulating pump, wherein an outflow port is installed on the circulating pipe between any one of the blocking valve of the pair of blocking valves and the component, and wherein an inflow port is installed on the circulating pipe between the pair of blocking valves on which the component are not installed. |
