<p>The liquid filter (1) has a filter housing (2) provided with a receiving space (3) for a ring filter element (4) for filtering a liquid. A water collection chamber (5) is arranged below the ring filter element for collecting the water. A water level sensor (6) is arranged the above the lowest point of the water collection chamber. The water level sensor is integrated in a carrier (21). A stand pipe (12) is arranged at a filter housing cover (7). The stand pipe is projected in inner space of the ring filter element and partially in the water collection chamber. The carrier is guided with the water level sensor in the stand pipe.</p> |
