The present invention relates to a rice pork cutlet containing water dropwort and, more specifically, relates to a rice pork cutlet containing water dropwort manufactured by adding water dropwort which is an alkaline food rich in various types of vitamins or healthy minerals and fibers, and is effective in detoxifying and purifying blood to the rice pork cutlet; thereby adding active ingredients of the water dropwort to the general rice pork cutlet, and enhancing nutrition to be beneficial for health. The rice pork cutlet containing water dropwort in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention which has benefits of detoxifying or purifying blood by adding the water dropwort to add the active ingredients such as various types of vitamins or healthy minerals and fibers contained in the water dropwort. Unlike a conventional pork cutlet made of pork meat as a main ingredient, the rice pork cutlet containing water dropwort contains not only the water dropwort but also vegetables including mushrooms, carrots, onions, garlic, and glutinous rice to reduce a pork meat content and control cholesterol intake; thereby enhancing a preference of the consumers. Additionally, the rice pork cutlet containing water dropwort does not become soggy in case of getting cold using a mixed bread crumbs of rice bread crumbs and wheat bread crumbs, not common bread crumbs, so as to keep the cutlet crispy even if the cutlet gets cold. |
