FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: movable plate with die and intermediate matrix, and intermediate plate are made with possibility of movement in axial direction. On the intermediate plate the support movable in axial direction is installed. At that the movable plate with die and form shaming matrix are made with possibility of axial movement towards the intermediate plate with support half-matrix and fixed plate to ensure the product manufacturing by three stages. At the first stage with assurance of cavity formation in clearance between the work surfaces of the form shaping and support half-matrices, its value exceeds wall thickness of blank, at the second stage the form shaping and support half-matrices have possibility to move as single part in axial direction to ensure the flange expanding on the pipe blank, and at the third stage the die and form shaping half-matrix move in axial direction with fixed support half-matrix for final forming of the flange.EFFECT: reduced friction and easier flowing of the blank material in forming zone of the axisymmetric flange.2 cl, 19 dwg
