The present invention relates to a volumetric rotatable blower having ultralow sound and non-pulsation properties and, more specifically, to a volumetric rotatable blower having ultralow sound and non-pulsation properties, capable of being used for the purpose of an air transfer device in various fields such as the mixture of bulk powder and cement, and the aeration of sewage by providing low noise and non-pulsation properties by making a structure of a discharge port and an intake port, formed in both side parts of a casing, inclined against an axial line. The rotatable blower comprises: a casing forming the whole appearance, and including a storage space having a predetermined width inside; two rotors installed inside the storage space to be horizontal to the ground; and an intake port and a discharge port connecting a gap between the rotors to the rear and front surfaces of the casing. The intake port and the discharge port, connecting the gap between the rotors, are inclined against the axial line. |
