According to the present invention, an active phased-array antenna system comprises an active phased-array antenna device and an environment control device (20). The environment control device (20) comprises: a heat exchanger (24) to cool inhaled air flowing thereinto from an active phased-array antenna device (10) having a plurality of transit/receive modules (TRMs) (11); a heater (25) to preheat the inhaled air; and a controller (22) to display a remaining time prediction result for control of the heat exchanger (24), control of the heater (25), and operation of the heat exchanger (24) and the heater (25) to an operator, and emit exhaled air. Cooling or dehumidifying/preheating are performed by air temperature control by the controller (22) to form an environment for normal operation of the active phased-array antenna device (10) when stored for a long period of time or exposed to moisture. Also, operable time of the environment control device (20) is displayed by the controller (22) to provide convenience of allowing the operator to find out expected finishing time.
