Disclosed are a color steel sheet and a production method thereof. The color steel sheet of the present invention and a production method thereof comprise: a steel sheet base metal; a pretreatment layer formed on a surface of the steel sheet base metal; a base coating layer formed on the surface of the pretreatment layer; and a clear top coating layer formed on the surface of the base coating layer. The clear top coating layer is made of a cured material of a clear top coating paint composition, and the clear top coating paint composition comprises: a polyester resin, a melamine resin, a pearl pigment, an amine-based compound, silicone dioxide (SiO_2), an acrylic resin, a solvent, and residual water. |
