PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user of a communication terminal of specific content of danger.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle video system 1 comprises a camera 10 which images the periphery of a vehicle; an information processing part 11 which identifies a person and a communication terminal in the photographed image, and a communication part 12 which transmits the photographed image to the communication terminal. The on-vehicle video system 1 achieves a video transfer system by specifying the communication terminal in the photographed image and transmitting the photographed image to the specified communication terminal via a base station device and a network.
