PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a content with variety.SOLUTION: An advertisement content generation device of the present invention includes an extraction unit and a generation unit. The extraction unit extracts a second content which is related to a first content that is received as a target to be displayed in an advertisement display region contained in a content and which is provided by a provider other than a provider of the first content. The generation unit generates an advertisement content to be displayed in the advertisement display region by combining the first content and the second content which is extracted by the extraction unit. For example, the generation unit generates a new advertisement content by combining a text advertisement and an image related to the text advertisement.
