There is provided a formulation suitable for spraying comprising an oil phase comprising at least one active ingredient and a stabilizer, wherein the stabilizer comprises at least one epoxidised vegetable oil, and optionally at least one emulsifier and/or a vapour retardant additive. The formulation may further comprise an aqueous phase comprising at least one dispersing agent and optionally at least one antifoam agent and/or thickening agent.
