PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing equipment and a manufacturing method for reinforcement spacers, which can quickly manufacture reinforcement spacers by a continuous stagnation-free operation without sectioning the work procedure.SOLUTION: Manufacturing equipment X for a reinforcement spacer 1 comprises a main body X1 which: sequentially brings in grounding blocks 13 in the opposing directions to both ends of each of leg-rod metal wire materials 11A that are sequentially supplied, and fits the grounding blocks simultaneously at said both ends; sequentially transports at equal intervals the leg-rod metal wire material 11A fitted with the grounding blocks 13; supplies a retainer rod 14 being aligned at the longitudinal middle of each leg-rod metal wire material 11a upon five leg-rod metal material 11a having been placed on a transport unit 3, and welds every crossing of material; and sequentially bends both end-parts of each leg-rod metal wire material 11A to form support stands. Finally, the reinforcement spacers consisting of the support stands are sequentially discharged out of the manufacturing equipment main body X1. |
