PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide objective values that enable a user to know, without requiring data inputting of day-to-day meal quantities which is cumbersome and tends to be influenced by subjective thinking, whether or not his or her routine life pattern enables the energy intake and consumption to be balanced relative to the target body weight on the basis of routinely measured body weight data when the current life pattern is continued under certain conditions, and to enable the user to control the body weight so as to change his or her body weight to the target weight and to keep that weight level.SOLUTION: Body weight data in which the measured body weight values of an object of measurement and the dates of measurement are associated with each other is acquired; under the conditions of daily weight variation extent which the object of measurement conforms to, including the conditions of energy intake and consumption, the initial conditions of energy intake are determined by multiple sets of measured weight data for a period of T days, and the limit value of weight of the object of measurement is figured out when it is supposed that the weight continues to vary according to the condition of the determined daily weight variation. |
