<p>A current sensor that measures a current, switching between two sensors in accordance with the size of said current, wherein offsets due to hysteresis are corrected even if a magnetoresistance effect element with high measurement precision is used for small currents, thereby allowing precise measurements over a broad range. Said current sensor is provided with a large-current ammeter (1) and small-current ammeter (2) that measure a target current flowing along a current path (6), and the current sensor switches between the large-current ammeter (1) and small-current ammeter (2) at a given threshold current. The current sensor is also provided with a correction-amount computation unit (11) and correction unit (13) that use the current value determined by the large-current ammeter (1) to correct the current value determined by the small-current ammeter (2).</p> |
