PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-alcoholic beer-taste beverage having no grain odor derived from barley and malt, with the flavor, the foam quality, and the appearance quality as beer-taste beverage being secured.SOLUTION: A non-alcoholic beer-taste carbonated beverage with no use of barley and malt as raw material is blended with a foaming agent and dietary fiber other than the foaming agent.
