The present invention relates to a spot welding device with a new structure capable of preventing a worker from being injured. According to the present invention, the spot welding machine is configured to be able to attach a bracket (20) to a lower side of a welding head (60) for fixation by comprising a magnet (64) in the welding head (60). Under a state where the worker holds a band main body (10) by hand to be located on an upper plane of a jig (50), when the welding head (60) is made to descend; the bracket (20) descends together with the welding head (60), and is then welded to the band main body (10). As such, the worker only requires to hold the band main body (10) differently from a prior spot welding device where the worker required to hold the band main body (10) and the bracket (20) at the same time by hand; thus preventing the worker from being injured during a welding work.
