PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a uniform interval between a tip of a peeling member and the surface of a rotation fixation member in the rotation axis direction even when the center of a frame shaft supporting the peeling member is varied and shifted.SOLUTION: A fixation device includes holding members 180 that hold a peeling member 175 at a prescribed interval by contacting contact members 181 with the surface of a rotation fixation member 173, and pressure-contact members 190 that pressure-contact the contact members 181 with the surface of the rotation fixation member 173. The holding members 180 are configured to bring the contact members 181 into contact with the surface of the rotation fixation member 173 with a frame shaft F1 as a rotational axis. The pressure-contact members 190 are configured to bring the contact members 181 into pressure-contact with the surface of the rotation fixation member 173 with a frame shaft F1 as a rotational axis. The hole diameter of insertion holes 192 of the pressure-contact members 190, into which the frame shaft F1 is inserted for support is the same as the diameter of the frame shaft F1. The hole diameter of an insertion hole 183 of one of the holding members 180, into which the frame shaft F1 is inserted for support is the same as the diameter of the frame shaft F1, while the hole diameter of an insertion hole 183 of the other holding member 180 is larger than the diameter of the frame shaft F1. |
