PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition having less elution amount to n-heptane and excellent strength, flexibility, injection moldability and the like, and further to provide a molded body, a food appliance and a sanitary fixture obtained by using the thermoplastic elastomer composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermoplastic elastomer composition which comprises the following components (A) and (B) and contains 20 to 80 weight% of the component (A) based on the total amount of the component (A) and the component (B). Component (A): an olefin-based block copolymer component comprising a polymer block consisting of an ethylene unit and a block of an ethylene 1-octene copolymer and having a 1-octene unit content of 9.0 to 12.0 mol%, Component (B): a polyethylene having a melt flow rate (ISO 1133) at 190°C and 21.2 N of 1.0 to 20 g/10 min and/or a polypropylene having a melt flow rate (ISO 1133) at 230°C and 21.2 N of 1.0 to 20 g/10 min. |
