PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sintering diffusion joining member, capable of improving a joining strength between the pressed powder member formed by compressing metal powder and a metal member.SOLUTION: A method comprises: a step S102 of compressing metal powder filled in a press-forming portion to preform a pressed powder member; a step S103 of thereafter sliding the preformed pressed powder member and a metal member to each other, in which an oxide film formed on an outer wall of the metal member and impurities adhered to the outer wall thereof are removed by the metal powder in a surface where the pressed powder member and the metal member are slid, and then the surface profile of the metal powder is transferred to the outer wall of the metal member; a step S104 of further pressurizing the pressed powder member to temporarily join the pressed powder member and the metal member; a step S 105 of thereafter sintering the pressed powder member and the metal member which are temporarily joined, in a sintering furnace to join the pressed powder member and the metal member by sintering diffusion. Thus, joining areas between the pressed powder member and the metal member are increased, thereby improving a joining strength. |
