PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition and film that have a good film formability and an excellent transparency and low-temperature antifogging property.SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin composition comprises a polyolefin resin and an antifogging agent. The polyolefin resin composition comprises, in 100 pts.mass of the polyolefin resin composition, 0.1-5.0 pts.mass of the antifogging agent in which the following component A and the following component B are formulated at a ratio of component A/component B=90/10-30/70 mass%. The component A: an ester of a trivalent or higher alcohol and a fatty acid having the HLB value of 4.0-9.0. The component B: a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether obtained by adding on average 5-9 moles of ethylene oxide to one mole of a secondary alcohol. |
