PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphere discharge device having a sphere discharge mechanism capable of discharging an elastic sphere one by one without clogging, from a storage container for containing plural elastic spheres, because in a nucleic acid amplification device, a target DNA is amplified to several million times for measurement, so that, if contamination is performed before amplification, an inspection result is significantly affected, therefore, a reaction container storing a reaction liquid for reduction of contamination, has to be tightly sealed by the elastic sphere for measurement.SOLUTION: The sphere discharge device of the invention comprises: a storage container 1 capable of storing plural spheres; a rotor 2 capable of rotating; and a guide member 3. The storage container 1 has a sphere discharge hole. The rotor 2 is a conical shape as shown in figure.2, and has a hole which single sphere enters, on a conical outer peripheral part, and on an outer peripheral part on an opposite side of a rotation direction of the hole, there is a gentle inclination which caves inward of the hole. |
