PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wear prediction method of a tire capable of enhancing a prediction accuracy.SOLUTION: A wear prediction method of a tire includes: preparing a plurality of test tires rotatable with a center shaft as a center with a plurality of groove patterns having the same or similar design provided in a peripheral direction of the center shaft; defining an estimation section of the test tire on the basis of at least one of the blocks defined by two lug grooves arranged in a pitch and peripheral direction defined by one groove pattern; defining abrasion energy of at least two measurement regions defined in the peripheral direction in the smallest section; and predicting a heel-and-toe abrasion of the test tire on the basis of a difference between the abrasion energy of a first measurement region and the abrasion energy of a second measurement region.
