摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fastening rigidly a rotary shaft and a pulley that can be operated only by a general purpose tool.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for assembling a friction fastening device comprising a rotary shaft 5, a bushing 4 outwardly fitted to the rotary shaft 5 and having a tapered outer diameter part and a disc body 2 fixed to the rotary shaft 5 through the pulley 3 and having a larger outer diameter than that of the pulley 3, in which the bushing 4 and the pulley 3 are fastened by bolts 7. A unit having the disc body 2 fixed to the pulley 3 is assembled and after this assembly, the bushing 4 is fitted between an inner diameter part of the pulley 3 and an outer circumferential surface of the rotary shaft 5, the bushing 4 and the pulley 3 are fastened by bolts 7 while preventing rotation of the disc body 2, thereby the assembled unit is fastened in friction to the rotary shaft 5 through the bushing 4.
