A rail abrasion measurement apparatus is disclosed. According to the present invention, the rail abrasion measurement apparatus comprises: a housing mounted in a rail; a guide rod disposed in a lengthwise direction of the rail inside the housing; a light irradiation module coupled to be moved to the guide rod and irradiating light; a light sensing module disposed inside the housing and sensing the light irradiated from the light irradiation module; a driving module connected to the light irradiation module to move the light irradiation module; and a waveform measurement unit displaying information related to waveform abrasion of the rail as a graph by receiving a signal transmitted from the light sensing module.
