The present invention discloses an organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The disclosed organic light emitting diode display device according to the present invention includes an organic light emitting diode and multiple pixels including a pixel circuit driving the organic light emitting diode. The pixel circuit includes multiple switching thin film transistors, at least one storage capacitor, and a driving thin film transistor. In an area of the driving thin film transistor, a blocking layer is provided to be overlapped with a channel layer of the driving thin film transistor. In an area of the storage capacitor, an auxiliary capacitance electrode is disposed to be overlapped with a storage electrode constituting the storage capacitor. In the organic light emitting diode display device and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention, the blocking layer is formed to be overlapped with the transistors formed in the pixel area of the organic light emitting diode display device, thereby preventing damage to transistors caused by a laser at the time of separating a flexible substrate. |
