PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread machine capable of shortening a time required for bread making steps.SOLUTION: The automatic bread maker includes: a kneading container that is stored in a heating chamber provided inside a machine body and stores cooking materials; a heater for heating the kneading container; kneading vanes for kneading the cooking materials in the kneading container; a motor for generating rotary driving force of the kneading vanes; a temperature detection part for detecting a temperature of the heating chamber or the kneading container; and a control part that controls driving of the heater and the motor on the basis of the detection temperature of the temperature detection part and sequentially performs a kneading step, a puffing/fermentation step, and a baking step. The control part controls the driving of the heater such that a time for increasing the detection temperature of the temperature detection part in the puffing/fermentation step becomes longer than a time for not increasing the detection temperature of the temperature detection part. |
