PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device etc. capable of implementing packet lossless.SOLUTION: An RB includes: a detection unit for detecting state change of a physical path in a TRILL network; and a first calculation unit for calculating, for each physical path whose state change has been detected, a prediction amount of traffic to be allocated to the physical path for each TC in the traffic. The RB includes a second calculation unit for calculating, for each physical path, an allocation ratio of a band of each TC to be allocated to the physical path to a physical band of the physical path. The RB includes a setting unit for setting, for each physical path, the allocation ratio of the band of each TC calculated by the second calculation unit. The RB includes a control unit for controlling, according to the allocation ratio of the band of each TC set for each physical path, a traffic flow rate of each TC to be transmitted through the physical path. |
