PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict reduction of lubricant at an inner circumferential surface side of semi-floating metal.SOLUTION: A bearing mechanism of this invention comprises a bearing hole 2a formed at a housing; a semi-floating metal 7 having a cylindrical main body part stored in the bearing hole and formed with a bearing surface 7b at the inner circumference of the main body; a shaft 8 inserted into and passed through the main body of the semi-floating metal and rotatably supported by the bearing surface; and an opposing part 8a in the main body of the semi-floating metal opposing against one end surface 7g in an axial direction of the shaft so as to apply a thrust load of the shaft against one end surface. A clearance is formed between an outer circumferential surface of the main body of the semi-floating metal and an inner circumferential surface of the bearing hole and lubricant is supplied to both inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the main body and a radial outside at one end surface of the main body is provided with a releasing part 19b for reducing a speed of flow of lubricant guided from an axial central side of the main body to one end surface. |
