PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner binding resin composition which can achieve both low temperature fixability and a heat-resistant storage property of a resultant toner and which causes less carrier contamination, and to provide electrostatic charge image development toner containing the binding resin composition, and a two-component developer containing the toner.SOLUTION: Provided is a toner binding resin composition containing a crystalline polyester and an amorphous polyester. In the composition, the crystalline polyester has a melting point of 80°C or more and 120°C or less, and the crystalline polyester is produced by condensation polymerization of raw material monomers containing an aliphatic diol having 6 or more and 14 or less carbon atoms, terephthalic acid, and 1.0% by mass or more and 15% by mass or less of a hydrocarbon wax having a molecular weight of 400 or more and 2000 or less, a melting point of 70°C or more and 120°C or less, and a hydroxy group. Also provided is electrostatic charge image development toner containing the binding resin composition, and a two-component developer containing the toner. |
