The present invention relates to an electrophoretic device. The electrophoretic device includes a transparent electrode, a first insulating layer, and a reflective member in order, and electric charge particles are included in the device. The first insulating layer is configured to include a conductive area pulling the electric charge particles, so the electrophoretic device can be used for manufacturing an e-tinting mirror with excellent response time and machinability, and few pattern defects, and for manufacturing an e-tinting mirror to which a reflecting function can be assigned without an additional mirror layer. |
