PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fingerprint identification module which does not require a through hole of a cover plate and improves the production yield and the product performance.SOLUTION: A touch panel 100 includes a substrate 11, a touch sensing structure 12 and a fingerprint identification module 13. The touch sensing structure is disposed on the substrate. The fingerprint identification module is directly attached to the substrate. The touch sensing structure and the fingerprint identification module are located at the same side of the substrate.
