The blood pressure measurement cuff of the present invention encircles a measurement site in one direction along the circumferential direction, and is provided with a band (11) and a ring (6). The ring (6) has a temporary fastening structure (60) for permitting a region that extends from the outer peripheral end (11f) of the band (11) to be drawn by physical strength through the ring (6) and away from the measurement site, while preventing the region extending from the outer peripheral end (11f) of the band (11) that has been drawn by physical strength from being pulled back through ring (6) due to the elastic force of the measurement site, during attachment. The temporary fastening structure (60) includes a sleeve member (2) swingably fitted about a second side (62) of the ring (6). A first region for sliding an outer fabric (4) and a second region for applying frictional force to the outer fabric (4) are provided in the stated order from the upstream side toward the downstream side of drawing of the band (11), within a range of the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve member (2) that can be opposed to a first side (61) of the ring (6).
