PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding mill which reduces noise by eliminating a grinding medium without lowering grinding efficiency, and can contribute to the size reduction of a device and the improvement of processing capacity.SOLUTION: A grinding mill comprises: a plurality of partitioning plates 4 which are attached to a center shaft 2 penetrating a cylindrical drum body 1 at prescribed intervals in an axial direction, and define an inside space of the drum body into a plurality of grinding chambers; a plurality of friction plates 5 which are attached to the drum body, and oppose the partitioning plates, respectively; first and second discharge hoppers at left and right both sides of the drum body having hoppers 71 into which matters to be ground are thrown at a center part of the drum body; first and second sieve members 22; and first and second motors M. The grinding mill also comprises a sieve rotating shaft 2a which rotates the first sieve member, and is separated from the center shaft, and the center shaft and the sieve rotating shaft are relatively and rotatably supported by a bearing member 18, and connected to either of the first and second motors, respectively. |
